Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through this website are free and non-binding estimates. A final price will be confirmed before work begins and may vary based on an in-person assessment of the property.
Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas of your property where services will be performed, including water access where required for a job.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed between you and NAC Property Maintenance.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked service.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care on every job, NAC Property Maintenance is not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
